The Foundation administers monies to college/university students and alumni from the towns of Barkhamsted, Colebrook, Hartland, New Hartford, Norfolk, and Winsted, as well as students at Northwestern Connecticut Community College.
Financial need is the primary factor in awarding scholarships.
